It can be very hard to find soccer, or football, betting systems that actually work. However, I assure you that it is possible and can be done but you will need the right attitude. I have found many systems that work nicely to make me a regular profit i really know it can be done from quality experience.

The main thing you need to remember is gambling is often a long term game. So many people will buy a system and only use it for a number of matches before they provide up. The alternative can happen too whereby find a system, win for a while but when they start to lose they only give it up. You should remember that its not all systems win continuously. In fact there is not one soccer betting system on earth that has a 100% win rate. Which is complete fiction.

Precisely what you should do is buy or even create your own soccer betting systems and try them to get a certain amount of your energy. I would even suggest you don’t even use it with actual money until you have trialled it over at least 100 matches. Even so you should continue but be careful and only up the stakes if you’re able to see a long-term consistent profit.

I took an entire season simply trialling different systems and eventually I found one or two that worked for me and I started along with them in the following season. I now make my living purely from betting on sports. There are soccer betting systems that work, it just takes effort to make them work!

Summer Soccer Workout Program

In order to be a successful soccer athlete you have to understand that your athleticism has to be built through the implementation of a smart strength and conditioning program. This does not mean your soccer program should be “sport specific.” The term “sport specific” is one that happens to be a pet peeve of mine. This notion of one engaging in something in his strength and conditioning program that is “sports specific” is really taken out of it’s original meaning. Sports specific is what you do at soccer practice. Athletic specific is what you do in the weight room for your workouts. This is why I am including a single lift here to help your athletic specific needs for the game of soccer.

Soccer Fitness Training Program!

A good soccer fitness training program must focus in on the implementation of one of the absolute best total body strengthening exercises for the improvement of both mobility and stability. This exercise is the kettlebell single arm turkish get up. This lift is tremendous for helping you to develop a significant level of core strength, balance, stability, mobility, and overall mind/body focus. What more could you ask for in terms of improving your athleticism specifically for the game of soccer?

The get up is performed by you having to have the availability of at least a single bell of moderate resistance. If you are a complete beginner in the use of kettlebells then you must make sure that you understand the steps of the move completely without weight before trying it with weight. Once you feel comfortable with the technique, your mobility, and control then you can attempt this move with a kettlebell. Summer Soccer Workout Program

To begin, you are going to lie on your back with the bell lifted up in one arm with that arm at a perpendicular angle to the ground. Always assist with the other arm in lifting the bell up. Lets assume you are doing this with your right arm. Hold the bell up with your right arm and make sure that your right leg is bent with your foot just outside the angle of your hip with your left leg extended straight. Your left arm should be placed just beside you and extended flat on the ground. From here you are going to start rolling over to transfer your weight onto your left elbow. Throughout this process make sure to keep your eyes on the bell above you overhead. Next, find your left hand and transfer your body weight onto it. Now your body is brought up underneath the bell overhead and you are in position to use your right leg to push yourself up and slide your left knee underneath your body.

Once you have lifted your hips and slid the right knee underneath you now take your left hand off of the ground. You are now in a split squat or lunge type position so that you can simply stand up. The key here is that you are to maintain a perpendicular angle of your arm (with the bell) to the floor throughout this entire lift. Once you have stood up simply reverse the entire process in order to return to the ground at the lying position at which you started. This is a superior strength and conditioning lift for your soccer performance my friend.

If you haven’t already started to add this single lift to your soccer strength and conditioning program then you are missing out on some World Cup level fitness my friend. Soccer Fitness Training David Beckham Style For Better Kicking Technique

If you have ever been involved in playing soccer, the most basic technique you will learn is the importance of kicking skills. This is the reason why coaches emphasize the significance of practicing your kicks in your training sessions. There are many ways to enhance your overall efficiency in kicking so you can develop it over time.

To practice your kicks outside of your training sessions, convince a friend or relative to help you. They can roll, kick, or throw the soccer ball towards you in various ways and at different rates of speed. This will simulate a real game scenario and you can play as if there is an opponent. You also get the chance to practice your ground and aerial kicks. When practicing with someone, take extra caution by wearing proper protective equipment to avoid accidental injuries to either of you.

Practicing your kicks with your soccer training team buddies is also a good idea. Both of you have probably already learned the basic soccer rules and techniques during your training routines.

Therefore, the two of you can execute kicks in different ways. You will be able to kick the ball towards each other or you can kick it alongside with your teammate, or dribbling around cones. Mini-games are also practical ways to improve your kicking skills because they also allow you to apply kicking techniques such as dribbling and passing the ball.

Even if you are alone, you can still practice your kicking skills. Several players practice their kicks by kicking the ball against a sturdy wall. Then, as the ball bounces back, the player can perform other kicking strategies. Innovative players sometimes put a target on the wall so that they can kick the ball towards it, this method will help you improve your accuracy and control over the ball.

As you develop your kicking skills during your soccer training, you must take note of the following points. First of all, be familiar with the basic kicks used in the soccer game. Secondly, keep your balance while exercising your kicks. Thirdly, control the ball when you practice your kicks during training.

Always do your best in every drill and activity that your coach delegates during your soccer training, even the ones you do not enjoy. You can also come up with your own drills and techniques. After identifying your own strengths and weaknesses, the development of your skill will depend on how you work on them, if you only have one good foot for example, spend more time every day on kicking with the weaker foot to improve it. This is a technique that David Beckham’s father used on him for many of his early years, to make him good with both feet. This obviously worked, he has one world class right foot and a pretty good left one as well!

The drills you run at soccer practice will make or break your player’s chance for improving their game. If you lack a supply of quality drills, take the time to study the game and find resources than can help you put together a winning practice plan. It will only make you a better coach.

Regardless of what level you coach, the first type of drills you should focus on acquiring are skills and dribbling drills, and the logic is simple. Individual ball skills are extremely important, and drills of this type offer players a significant number of touches on the ball. Work on dribbling, trapping, and volleys in enclosed space, and give your players a chance to refine their skills. On average, 25-30% of your practice schedule should be made up of such drills.

Passing drills are also extremely important. Next to individual ball skills, being able to pass the ball is the next absolutely necessary skill.  Find drills that force your players to make short and long passes, both with and without pressure. On average, 25-30% of your practice schedule should be focused on passing.

Next, some conditioning drills are absolutely mandatory. Obtain a few drills that emphasis running and movement, and run them once every other week. Although all practice should emphasis conditioning, roughly 10% of your drills should be run specifically for their emphasis in this area of the game.

Finally, small sided drill and scrimmage drills should fill out the rest of your practice schedule. Place rules on play that force players to work on specific elements of their game, for example 2 or 3 touch, or 5 passes before a goal. Run the right drills, give your players the necessary coaching points, and your team will take their game to the next level. Get free soccer drills

Biggest soccer transfers of this year 2009/2010

In my country, soccer is the most famous sport and because almost everybody loves soccer, i thought it would be nice to make a list with every major soccer transfer of 2009. As you can see the list is divided per team:

Number Name Player Value Old team New team

1. Cristiano Ronaldo for € 94.000.000 from Manchester United to Real Madrid
2. Ricardo Káka for € 65.000.000 from AC Milan to Real Madrid
3. Xabi Alonso for € 35.000.000 from Liverpool to Real Madrid
4. Karim Benzema for € 35.000.000 from Lyon to Real Madrid
5. Alvaro Arbeloa for € 4.000.000 from Liverpool to Real Madrid
6. Raúl Albiol for € 15.000.000 from Valencia to Real Madrid
7. Zlatan Ibrahimovic for € 35.000.000 (+ Samuel Eto’o + Aleksandr Hleb on loan) from Inter Milan  to Barcelona
8. Maxwell for € 4.500.000 from Inter to Barcelona
9. Carneiro Keirrison for € 14.000.000 from Palmeiras to Barcelona
10. Diego Milito for Unkown fee + Robert Acquafresca from Genoa to Inter Milan
11. Thiago Motta for Unkown fee + Robert Acquafresca from Genoa to Inter Milan
12. Yuri Zhirkov for € 21.000.000 from CSKA Moscow to Chelsea
13. Glen Johnson for € 21.000.000 from Portsmouth to Liverpool
14. David N’Gog for € 2.000.000 from PSG to Liverpool
15. Michael Owen for Free from Newcastle to Manchester United
16. Gabriel Obertan for € 3.000.000 from Bordeaux to Manchester United
17. Carlos Tevez for € 29.000.000 from Manchester United to Manchester City
18. Gareth Barry for € 14.000.000 from Aston Villa to Manchester City
19. Roque Santa Cruz for € 21.000.000 from Blackburn Rovers to Manchester City
20. Emmanuel Adebayor for 29.000.000 from Arsenal to Manchester City
21. Thomas Vermaelen for € 12.000.000 from Ajax to Arsenal
22. Fabio Cannavaro for Free from Real Madrid to Juventus
23. Diego for € 24.500.000 from Werder Bremen to Juventus
24. Felipe Melo for € 25.000.000 from Fiorentina to Juventus
25. Mario Gomez for € 30.000.000 from VfB Stuttgart to Bayern München
26. Ivica Olic for Free from Hamburg SV to Bayern München
27. Miguel Moya for € 6.000.000 from Mallorca to Valencia
28. Oguchi Onyewu for free from Standard Liège to AC Milan
29. Klaas-Jan Huntelaar for € 15.000.000 from Real Madrid to AC Milan

So this is the list I have so far. As you can see, Real Madrid have bought the biggest names and have spend the most money. The most money spend for one player is € 94.000.000 for Cristiano Ronaldo, but many of you knew that already.

Personally I don’t think that buying the biggest names, will make you the biggest or best team in the world. You will need to have a team that does everything for each other. If that particular team has great players and they stick on each other like gluw, they will most likely be the best team in the world. If you have three or four players that aren’t teamplayers, the manager will have a lot of trouble to have any major trophy with that particular squad. Why do I mention this? Well, you see it every year. Each team buys at least 3 or 4 players. The biggest teams in the world buy the most famous players for a fee that’s not normal anymore. But what happents? They don’t play that good. Everybody thinks you (that particular team) will defeat everybody on the road, but nothing is less true.

I think well known manager should keep in mind: players that are not that famous and especially young players will try to make thier dream come true, therefore they will give at least 110%. The players that already made it, will probably give 80%. See the difference?

I just thought I should mention this :). Back to the list now. If you have more “big names”-transfers that need to be added to the list, just wright in a comment and I will add it as soon as possible.

Here is a small list of players that probably make a move by the start of the new season:

Vincent Kompany to Barcelona? Sergio Agüero to Manchester United? Franck Ribery to Chelsea? Andrea Pirlo to Chelsea? Alberto Aquilano to Liverpool? Sneijder to Inter?

So this is it for now. Keep in mind, if you have more news about transfers, just post it in a comment and let me know. I will add it to the list as soon as possible. If you want to read more soccer news you can read about it here.

Rediscover Your Love for the Game with Adult Soccer Tournaments in New York

If you have missed out on any facts, here they are
“Every time I step onto the pitch, all my troubles go away. The only thing that matters on the field is the beautiful game.” – Anonymous

Work, assignments and socializing, all this take up the bulk of our daily lives, seldom giving us time to enjoy the simple things we love in life. Things like watching a movie, enjoying a game of the sport we love and spending quality time with our loved ones are the things we desire the most in our lives to help us actually live it.

One such pleasure that we, as lovers of The Beautiful Game, like to derive is bringing out our inner Cristiano Ronaldos, Leo Messis, Clint Dempseys and Tim Howards on the field whenever we get the chance to do so. Our occasional game of soccer also helps us to get closer to our friends and mates, and develop a sense of belonging amongst ourselves. What if, you could take this love for the game one step ahead and participate in adult soccer tournament in New York? You are sure to get a rush like never before and a competitive spirit that once was a norm in your childhood. Additionally, this will give you a chance to test your mettle as a soccer player against fellow players in a competitive environment.

With a weekend soccer tournament at the picturesque Niagara Falls, you have more than just an adult soccer tournament. This also becomes a sort of a mini vacation, where you can take your wife and kids along and enjoy a kind of a mini getaway in the process. With fine dining options in American, Italian, Chinese, etc, Wine Tasting and quality hotel accommodations, you’re sure to get your fix of luxury at this tournament. And it does not end here. There is a welcome concert and an after party, along with Lamb Roast and BBQ for all players and managers. And there are great attractions like casinos, museums and balloon rides to entertain people of all age groups.

Coming back to the soccer side of things, there is an appealing $1000 prize for the winning team, and you and your team will be playing on quality fields with USSF certified referees, officiating matches. And every team is certain to get a minimum of 4 matches. So, what else are you waiting for? If you are eager to get back on the field then participate in an adult soccer tournament in New York, and rediscover your love for the game.

Get Back On To the Field with Soccer Tournaments in New York

“I eat football, I sleep football, I breathe football. I am not mad. I am just passionate.” – Thierry Henry

Playing a sport (or anything else that one is passionate about for that matter) is almost always one of the pleasures of life that a person craves to enjoy every day of his/her life. Sadly, as we grow up working on weekdays and socializing on weekends eat up the bulk of our time. Couple that with not many people being available, and we are deprived of the joy of playing sports like soccer whenever we feel like it.

If soccer really is your passion; if you think that you can be the Cristiano Ronaldo or the Landon Donovan of your team and score crucial goals; if you think you have the Xavi or the Paul Scholes in your team to hold the team together in the midfield; if you think you have a mate who possesses great defensive abilities like Paolo Maldini and John Terry; and finally if you have the Casillas or Gigi Buffon to man the goalpost, it is time to create a team and participate in summer soccer tournaments in New York.

Pit yourselves against the best of the best from around you and all over the country, and take the passion for the Beautiful Game on to the field. As you strive to win these tournaments, you will certainly get a feel of that competitive spirit that was once an everyday thing in your childhood. Plus, participate in these tournaments will also help you strive for better things on a personal level, as you test your mettle against fellow soccer players. What’s best is that these are not shabby little tournaments, where the prize money is meager and the officiating rather poor. With an appealing prize money and USSF certified referees to boot and on quality fields no less, you will definitely enjoy a high quality, and extremely competitive tournament where you can enjoy yourselves.

Another exciting quality about these tournaments is that they can also act as mini getaways of sorts, for you and your family. Quality dining and hotel accommodation experience, coupled with parties, concerts and other activities for teams and their families make for a great attraction, to help you and your loved ones take their minds of the soccer commitments. With such activities to go with the fine playing environment, the time is ripe for you to kick the sameness of everyday life and start participating in summer soccer tournaments in New York.

Say It With A Soccer Jersey

If you are a big fan of any sport, especially soccer, you may want to show off you team spirit and support by wearing a soccer jersey. It is funny how one day you could be walking down the street, one that you travel many many times and no one ever pays you any attention. But, walk down that same street wearing the soccer jersey of a team on game day and watch how fast heads turn and people talk to you. This can be a good thing or a bad thing. If you happen to cheer for the team that represents where you live than you are probably pretty safe. But what happens if you are visiting from somewhere else and wearing your team’s shirt on game day of the opposing team? You may hear some vulgar language if a person is truly passionate about their team. Or, you might very well get ribbed and joked at by one saying that your team is a bunch of losers. By wearing a soccer jersey you are saying it loud and proud that you support your team and what they stand for. A true fan will wear there shirt even if the team is having an off season. You can’t be an on again off again fan. Only a true to the heart fan will represent their team even if they are having a losing streak. Some fans will search high and low and even go online to find the perfect jersey. For some fans, game day is made for an authentic jersey and you should also have an everyday wearable jersey in your closet as well. Pick your favorite player and wear it loud and proud to show off a win or even if they have great stats. Men seem to take this very seriously and may not even let a girlfriend or wife even think about washing the jersey. Maybe it is superstition or just being neurotic who knows, but a soccer jersey can be a very valuable possession for some male fans. The soccer jersey is one of the most revered shirts that people purchase. It represents your team, no matter what sport you are into. They put them in a frame and put it on display for a special player and some will just purchase one and leave it in the closet for memory sake. Women may find that there boyfriend or husband will own more than one soccer jersey and that they will come in a variety. This is the one piece of clothing apparel that men seem to cherish more than anything hanging in the closet. So take care and be careful with the laundry ladies!

Soccer Drills: 3 Sure-Fire Tips To Teach Juggling

Let’s understand it! All soccer drills call for an all-inclusive session on juggling in order for them to achieve results. Every soccer player must learn and master this skill as it is very basic to the game. It is also an excellent activity for both the beginners as well as advanced users. Related soccer exercises involve the use of player’s feet, thighs, and head to deal with the ball.

When used as a warm up activity, its value can be judged from the fact that in only 10 minutes of juggling, the players begin to feel warmness in their muscles and notice their heart rate increasing.

Juggling is also helpful in making the players become skilled at the close ball skills and the way to deal with the ball. They tend to develop a good judgment of control and maneuvering of the ball in the midst of an opposition attack. Lastly, they build up a lot of confidence by way of juggling that allows them to settle down with the ball (the main characteristic necessary for a successful attack).

In their soccer practice, players develop their individual styles by juggling on their own. Some of the following tips will be useful to you as a coach.

While juggling with the foot, the players should be taught to use the top of their foot or the laces. The legs should be comfortable and the foot must be contracted as soon as it touches the ball. Guide them to clasp the arms out a bit so as to maintain balance.

Train them to bring the knee up in order that the upper leg is horizontal while using the thighs to juggle. Try and make them understand the ball should make a contact with the crown of the thigh. It is important that they keep the body bent backwards slightly and keep the arms out so as to maintain balance.

Juggling using the head is the most difficult for the kids. Although, it is crucial for them to practice it during the soccer drills. It needs the players to judge the correct angle to bring the forehead in contact with the ball. They should hold the head sufficiently higher so that the eyes face the sky. The legs should be bent and should straighten a bit every time a contact with the ball is made.

Complementary to these techniques of soccer training, talk to the players to use shoulders, outside of the heels, and the back of the neck s well. In certain unforeseen circumstances, it becomes vital to use these contact points. Teach the players to start getting a feel of the ball on their laces as this is one area that they will use the most to kick.

To conclude, it is important to highlight the factors of rhythm and balance. These are crucial in juggling the ball and must be practiced. Coach the players to calm down and judge the movement of the ball. After practice, they will get proficient in juggling.

Now get to the ground and show a few juggling soccer drills to your kids. Our youth soccer coaching community has a mass of articles, tips and practical drills on juggling. Join today and help your kids develop their skills.

Mental toughness and youth soccer

Mental toughness and youth soccer

A part of youth soccer training that often gets over looked is mental toughness.  Skills are practiced and practiced, games are won and lost and seasons come and go.  But have you ever wondered why some players go on to play at a higher level while others just maintain the status quo and play in their comfort zone.  Or why some teams always seem to be at the top of the league table. Superior skills, strength and speed are definitely huge factors that propel players and teams to higher levels and success, but are not usually enough.  I have known players with tremendous skills strength and speed that never really went anywhere.  And I have known players with good skills strength and speed that have played at top levels.  The difference – mental toughness, the desire to win and persevere through anything it takes to make it.

Developing mental toughness in a player is not such an easy job.  The player has to have a love for the game and a desire to be the best.  Examples around him or her are also key.

There seem to be so many obstacles in a young player’s path these days that draw him or her away from developing their full soccer potential including mental toughness.

Although I love the computer and our high tech society I am very grateful I grew up without it. I grew up at a time where you had to pretty much make your own fun.  Riding a bicycle was the only way for a kid to get around.  Now they can go anywhere in the world on their computer or in their computer games from their desk, spending countless hours every year.  Soccer and mental toughness gets lost in their joy sticks.

Don’t get me wrong, I believe kids today are so much better at multi tasking then I ever was, they are used to having so much on the table at once.  And usually they handle it pretty well. But you can’t expect them to be able to look at the big picture and know and do what is really in their own best interest at such a young age after all a big part of their job is to have fun.  You can however guide them and make it easier for them to stay on course with their soccer dreams and having fun in a sporting way, by taking an active interest in their soccer skill development including helping them develop mental toughness.  Discipline is definitely a part of it. If you can instill discipline in your kids it will help build mental toughness. Regular habits are also key.  Regular habits instill discipline and make it easier to accomplish their goals.  Encourage them to set aside maybe a half hour a day at a certain time to practice their soccer skills.  Encourage them with praise whenever you see improvement.  This will push them on to unbelievable heights that you notice and recognize their improvements.

There are also excellent at home training products that you can make available to your young players that will make it much easier for them to develop their talent.

In the end parents and coaches have a tremendous influence in the direction kids go and the activities they engage in and the results that come with those choices.  If you take the effort now to guide them they will be the better for it having a more balanced, healthy and happy life with a healthy and strong mental outlook.

3 Top Quality Foosball Tables

As with most other things in life, the phrase “you get what you pay for” applies to foosball tables too. The game of foosball can be played on a very elementary table, but with equally elemental results. If the table is cheap it will tend to become warped or uneven. This is an obvious problem, as the ball will not play fair and the results can be pretty lame for the player negatively affected by a ball that roles around on its own. A cheap table also lacks the heft and sturdiness of a more quality table. What you want is a foosball table that is strong and heavy so that it doesn’t move around during an energetic game. So, with these sorts of things in mind, let’s take a closer look at three different brands of foosball tables. These are not necessarily listed in order of quality or preference, all three are great!

First, Carrom makes foosball tables that are top notch. They have been making games and toys for over one hundred years. Their tables are heavy enough to not move around during a game, yet are not so heavy that they can’t be moved if you need to vacuum under it. They sport solid heavy duty non-bending rods that make game play smooth and efficient. The little player dudes are hand painted. Nice touch! The handles used on the rods are rubber to give a secure and sure feel. The play fields are attractive and come in different colors. An important feature of these foosball tables is that the fields are actually flat, and have corner inserts for single goalie play to help keep the ball in play. Carrom also uses rubber boots on the legs to help keep the table level and solid. Incidentally, of the different models they make, I like the Harley Davidson model the most. Hey, it’s a Harley!

The next top maker of foosball tables is DMI Sports. These tables are made right. The 55″ foosball table comes in a cherry finish that is really handsome. It fits the decor of most any room and looks both classy and sophisticated. It has wooden handles to make things easier when it comes time to move it around and even has integrated cup holders. The Simpsons model is bright and fun. It is a smaller version at 37″. Think Bart vs. Homer!

Finally, the foosball tables by Shelti are second to none. These tables have that classic look. They are beautiful, solid, and quality through and through. The Shelti Pro Foos II Deluxe features a true furniture quality look with no exposed cabinet fasteners. Controlled bank shots are made easier by the sharp foot edge, and the precision counterbalanced men stay put anywhere you place them over the whole 360 degrees. The men used are reinforced and computer tested at ball speeds over 100 mph. Quality rods, ball returns, rod bushings, double-wound spiral pins, octagonal hardwood handles, and “stay-in-play” field trim all add up to a wonderful game play experience. Foosball tables by Shelti are sweet!

You can spend a little or a lot on foosball tables. Just remember, you do get what you pay for. Fortunately, with tables like Carrom, DMI Sports, and Shelti you don’t have to over pay to get a quality and long-lasting table.

Warming Up Before Playing Soccer

Are your stretching techniques in preparation for a soccer game right for you? It May be a better way for you to avoid injury.

There are many ways to stretch before a soccer match for relaxation of muscles to avoid pain and injury during rigorous play. There seems to be a set of stretching techniques offered by the sports medicine community to the condition for the physical body. But these techniques right for everyone?

Having played and coached soccer for over thirty years now, I have attended all sorts of ways that amateur athletes go through stretching before a game and I tried myself some at the request of others. I have never followed these methods of stretching, because they caused a certain malaise that seems to hinder my game The warming for a game by stretching was not for me.

Most players stretch before a game, but there are some among us who give up this practice for our own warming techniques. It seems to me, based on my observations over the years, that the strongest supporters of pre-stretching long periods of the game are also those actors who has suffered all kinds of problems with their legs and their knees and build muscles and get cramps. There is great information on conditioning, by the way, that http://ift.tt/1TrHR9s to May be useful for you.

I have seldom had problems with injuries or pulled muscle cramps, only two or three times ever. I’m not stretching before a soccer match. I realize the importance of preparing the body for this type of exercise, but I go through a ritual that has kept me virtually injury free (except those caused by opponents during the game) and works more effectively for me. In fact, stretching does not have a positive effect on my performance or injury sensitivity. The couple of times I actually made me tense less effective.

The way I warmed to each soccer game I’ve ever played, and there were more than seven hundred of them, was simply dribbling the ball a little easier for a trot, then passing – and-forth with another player and then difficult to make plans in order. Just go through the motion of kicking the soccer ball back and forth and running and shooting, this kind of thing, nice and easy first and then more vigorous as game time approached.

Now, I am not saying that this is a good way to warm up for any kind of sport. We all have our own thoughts on what is the best way to the condition for an upcoming sports event and I have always believed that what works for you is the right thing to do for you. But I have noticed that soccer players who warm in the same way that I was a little slowly get into the world of work with the ball without any kind of stretching beforehand were also those with the fewest problems with tight muscles and cramps and stuff like that. Nothing scientific, my observation over three decades.

I agree that there are advantages in the light stretching to get The Kinks if you have not been active for some time, but if you participate in some type of physical effort on a regular basis, a period stretching heavy May not be your best option. Your body tells you what is right for you to try several techniques warming. Like some respects, do not work for me, my methods to get heated until May not be for everyone, whatever. The key is to do something just to lose, both physically and mentally, before a soccer match without going above.
