It is Victory Again for Arsenal as the Team Retains Number One Position in the EPL 2013-14

Team Arsenal has again climbed back to their original position-the number one position on the points table of English Premier League 2013-14, with Manchester City again on the number 2 position. Arsenal is at 55 points with 17 wins out of 24 games played and losing only 3 of the EPL matches. Manchester City is at 53 points for the week 24. Manchester United, the last champions of the EPL 2012-2013 remain at number 7 with 12 wins for the team.

Poor Performance of Manchester United

The Manchester United Tickets have not recorded any significant sales from the past month. Some of the loyal fans have now started to question, if this was the same team that won the title last season. However, the fans are still hopeful of a major turnaround or a miracle to happen this year. Manchester United lost to Stoke City by 2-1 adding further salt to the wound. With Mata in the squad, it was thought that the team would come strong, but it soon sank down leaving the fans disappointed.

Sunderland Defeats Newcastle United

Sunderland at the number 14 position defeated rivals Newcastle United which is at the number 8 with complete 3-0 clean sweep, the same score with Fulham as Southampton crushed them mercilessly for the week 24. But the Fulham tickets will continue to sell despite the loss as the fans have little to hope now since the team is at number 20th position and they have nothing else to lose.

Arsenal-The Contenders to the Title

Coming back to Arsenal, as predicted by the game gurus, they again managed their way at the top by defeating Crystal Palace with a 2-0 sweep on Sunday.  This time, it seems that Arsenal is very determined to win the English Premier League 2013-14 after a gap of almost a decade.  Interestingly, Liverpool tickets will now rise further up on sale as it managed with a 1-1 draw against West Brom. Liverpool could have easily won the match, but for their player Kolo Toure, who did not respond to a pass on time.

Manchester City has confirmed that Sergio Aguero, their star player will be out of the team following a serious hamstring injury in the match against Tottenham last week. So, It will be a blow to the team as he had only just come out of an injury and was looking strong.

Now, all eyes will be on the match between Chelsea vs. Everton on 22nd February 2014. Let’s see how interesting this upcoming match.
